Ayurveda text  600 BCE

Ayurveda, Yoga, Unani, Siddha, Sowa Rigpa and Homoeopathy (acronym AYUSH) form the Traditional systems of medicines and healthcare in India, governed by the Ministry of AYUSH, Government of India.

Ministry of AYUSH envisions to position these traditional systems as the preferred systems of living and practice for attaining a healthy India. It also aims to ease pressure on allopathic system, to ensure the optimal development, propagation and popularisation of AYUSH systems of health care and to realise the cherished vision of India to make AYUSH the preferred system of medicine and Yoga a world-wide phenomenon. 

 

The citizen's charter refers to the promotion of these healthcare systems for achieving the highest possible level of good health and well being through a preventive and promotive health care orientation.

The holistic health consultations and treatment sessions are offered by registered physicians of Ayurveda, Sowa Rigpa, TCM and Naturopathy as well as master practitioners of Complementary and Alternative Medicine and Yoga 

From time to time we host retreats and extended health clinics in select destinations. We also hold day clinics at certain urban centers.

These provide opportunity to meet, interact and learn from our specialists, have in person consultations and sessions and, receive treatments sessions from them.

​

Health and lifestyle consultations, follow ups and ongoing guidance are based on the traditional systems of Ayurveda, Sowa Rigpa (Tibetan health system), Yoga, TCM and Naturopathy.

​

Some of the treatments and sessions are Anma, Shiatsu, TCM treatments (acupuncture, cupping, anmo fu), structural alignment, rehab therapy, remedial massage, aromatherapy, NLP, energy healing, yoga, pranayama, meditation, nutrition consultation, wellness coaching and wellness facilitation using wellness inventory.
