While some of these services are provided for free, there are certain services for which costs will be incurred by you, if you decide to avail such "paid services".  In such context, Wellness Lifestyle will provide billing services on behalf of the wellness and health professional. Should you wish to avail those paid services, you acknowledge that Wellness Lifestyle will collect the payment for such paid services for and on behalf of the wellness and health professional providing such health and wellness services. You acknowledge and confirm that Wellness Lifestyle shall not be liable for the treatment or be treated as the health care provider on account of such collection of the payments or for coordinating and facilitating of such paid services, for any reason whatsoever.

 

AVAILABILITY, APPOINTMENT, RESCHEDULING, FREE REVIEW AND/OR CANCELLATION

On line consultations and sesssions from a specific speciaist shall be available subject to his/her availability/willingness/discretion. Confirmation of your appointment with a specific doctor/physician, as per his/her availability, shall be sent to you via E-mail.  The assigned specialist reserves the right to reschedule or cancel an appointment without any prior notice as per their circumstances. The time provided for consultation to you is indicative and actual consultation time may change depending on the consulting doctor's discretion. Your consulted physician may prescribe  review consultations or consultation free review consultations can be booked, rescheduled or cancelled only within the stipulate time limits mentioned below:

 

 

3. Services of Wellness Lifestyle

Wellness Lifestyle facilitates virtual access for users to the preferred or recommended  Complmentary and Alternate Medicine physicians (Ayurveda, Sowa rigpa, TCM, Homeopathy, Naturopathy, Siddha, Unani) and wellness specialists (Yoga, Anma, Shiatsu, Rolfing, TCM treatments, Remedial Massage, aromatherapy and such CAM wellness treatments) and treatment providers through a secure online platform. Wellness Lifestyle is only a facilitator to bridge the guest/client and the wellness specialist. It does not provide any medical advice, opinion or information regarding the nature of problem or treatment. It only enables the guests to virtually meet and interact with the wellness specialists at the appointed time. The User is obligated to furnish all necessary medical or other information, including records and diagnostic data that may be required by the Doctor.
ii. Wellness Lifestyle facilitates the online access for the users to virtually meet and interact with the Doctors during the appointed time subject to the users providing such medical or other information that may be sought by the Doctors in this regard.
iii. All records, data and information of the registered user, the appointments, and the prescription of the Doctor shall be in the custody and safekeeping of Conzsap.
iv. The Doctors at Wellness Lifestyle provide healthcare services using interactive audio and video technologies where the users and the Doctor are not in the same physical location. The User can form an ongoing treatment relationship with a Doctor.
v. Wellness Lifestyle does not support any emergency calls to any type of hospital, medical care unit or any type of emergency services of any kind. The User understands and agrees that only non-emergency medical services are provided with respect to Virtual Consultations.
vi. Every user should seek emergency help or follow-up care when recommended by a Doctor or when otherwise needed, and continue to consult with your other healthcare providers as recommended. Among the benefits of our Services are improved access to healthcare and convenience. However as with any health service, there are potential risks associated with the use of technology.
These risks include, but may not be limited to:
a) In rare cases, information transmitted may be insufficient for healthcare decision making.
b) Disruptions can occur due to failures of the electronic equipment or internet connection. If this happens, you may be contacted by phone or other means of communication.
c) In rare cases, a lack of access to all of your health records may result in adverse drug interactions or other errors.
d) You should disclose all your medical information including allergies and past medical data to facilitate the Doctors to come to an effective assessment and to form their opinion for the line of treatment, prescription of drugs etc.
e) Although Wellness Lifestyle incorporates strong security protocols to protect the confidentiality of your health information, in rare instances security protocols can fail, causing a breach of confidentiality.
By accepting this consent, the User acknowledges that the user understands and agrees with the following:
a) Wellness Lifestyle may share information about the health care services the user receives from Wellness Lifestyle with the user’s health insurance company/ Doctors. This may include information relating to genetic testing, substance abuse, mental health, communicable diseases and other health conditions, subject to the terms in our Privacy Policy.
b) If the user health insurance coverage does not pay for your Services charges in full, you may be fully or partially responsible for payment.
c) Wellness Lifestyle does not provide any medical, health or advisory services.
d) You attest that you have legal authority to act as guardian or personal representative of all children registered under your Account.
e) No results can be guaranteed or assured.
